Description: The primary purpose of the MST Club is to afford students in grades 3-5 an opportunity to participate in a series of supervised sessions geared towards the study and interest in exploring the New York State standards in Math, Science, & Technology (MST). Participating students will build their knowledge and curricular areas in these standards that overlap and are relevant to real life activities like measurement, problem solving, etc. The club will provide students with enriched learning experiences and opportunities for Type II experiences in an extracurricular setting.
Some possible activities for the MST Club:
• After School Meetings – Wednesdays
• Problem solving activities – science and math
• Research at the Nature Center
• Environmental learning games
• Computer math and science sites

MST Club will meet Wednesdays following school from 3:30- 4:30 in the Computer Lab, room 511 or outside 500 hall.
